Il prodotto è splendido ma l'ordine è arrivato una settimana dopo il previsto. Consideratelo se dovete fare un regalo: gli ordini inseriti il lunedì vanno in produzione il venerdì quindi a tutti gli effetti il lunedì successivo.
Detto questo chi riceverà il dono sarà felice perchè il prodotto è splendido

Le stole (ne ho prese due) sono bellissime, calde e di grande qualità e su questo non ho riserve. Purtroppo però c'è stato un errore nella consegna dei colori. L'Azienda mi ha offerto una sostituzione che avrebbe però richiesto altre tre settimane e trattandosi di un regalo e visto che la produzione era già in ritardo di una settimana ho dovuto tenermi qual che mi hanno mandato. Non è stato accordato nessuno sconto né sugli acquisti già effettuati né sui futuri per scusarsi di ben due disguidi (colore e tempistica di consegna) causati per loro stessa ammissione da loro disguidi organizzativi/comunicativi.
I prodotti sono ineccepibili sul customer care c'è invece molto da lavorare. Peccato con me han perso una cliente.

Riguardo agli sconti, che lamenta di non aver ricevuto, le ricordiamo che sull'ordine in questione ha usufruito del 5% di sconto riservato per ringraziare i clienti dell'ulteriore attesa, ricevendo inoltre anche i punti per il 3% sul valore dell'ordine.

Quanto al colore diverso di una delle stole, come ricorderà ci siamo premurati di avvertirla telefonicamente prime della spedizione; lei ha dichiarato di accettarla ed è stata informata che ove non gradito era suo diritto effettuare il reso. Tutto questo a dimostrazione che il nostro customer care segue i clienti e con impegno.

Pleased with product. Soft and comfortable and fits nicely. Cannot comment on wear qualities as have only tried on, not worn yet for any length of time. Colour lovely although disappointed you do not make one in pale blue. Would certainly be prepared to buy other products if needed.

ideal for wearing with 3/4 sleeve jumpers or tops. nice and long right past elbow, good stretch and seem to hold shape. bought the dark grey so could wear with lots of other colours. wore these constantly for 4 days until I left them behind in a hotel; have to buy another pair now! would make great gift too.

The delivery was long... But the wait was worth it !

The dress is lovely and l will reach for it a lot this upcoming winter... A must have warm and versatile. I order a small... But I could have got away with an XS. So beware if you like tight fitting ...

As for the quality of cashmere is too soon to give an firm opinion... Quality cashmere tend to be softer and look the best after multiple washes.

To sum up, l'm very pleased with my purchase and l have good hope that with time the quality of the dress will remain.

Just wanted to say that Anna is amazing. She made my purchase happen even though the site doesn't support shipping to Canada. In terms of the product, it's a gift for a girl I'm dating and I have yet to give it to her. It looks good to me but I can't really say... Top notch service, 2 thumbs up :)
